Our 4 gites are located at the south of the Seine-et-Marne, to 80 km of Paris, 20 km of Fontainebleau and 5 km of the exit of the motorway A6 (easy access). On the border of Fontainebleau forest, the gites were arranged in a large farm of the 18th century. They are distributed in the various bodies of building.
Many rock climbing sites in Fontainebleau forest are located near the cottages : the Mammouth, the Maunoury and Nemours Petit-Bois at 5 km, the rock of Dame Jouanne and the Elephant in Larchant (15 km), a little further the Cuvier and the Gorges of Franchard in Arbonne-la-Forêt , the Gorges of Apremont in Barbizon, the Trois Pignons in Arbonne-la-Forêt…..Read more
From the gites, you can walk on peaceful paths, no cars. The GR13 path, crossing the Fontainebleau forest, passes along the property.
Some km away you can discover a stunning sand desert inside the forest, in Nemours surroundings.
