FONTAINEBLEAU UNTERKUNFT - 7 PERSONEN

fontainebleau unterkunft 7 personenÜber eine Außentreppe zugängliche Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss, Terrasse mit freiem Panoramablick auf Pferdekoppeln und Wälder. Privater Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill und Parkplatz.
Es ist ein wahres Vergnügen, durch das an der Terrasse vorhandene Westfenster bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. 110 m² Wohnfläche. Wifi.
Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und schönem historischen Holzgiebel und Flachbildfernseher. Die offene Küche ist komplett mit E-Herd, Ofen, Tief-/Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Küchenarbeitsgeräten bestückt. 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, 1 Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. 1 Waschzimmer, WC und ein Bad mit WC.
Das Mitbringen von Hunden ist gestattet mit Ausnahme von Kampfhunden, wie Rottweiler oder Pitbulls.

MIETEN PRO WOCHE

Die Tarife umfassen die Wasserlieferung. Wir stellen an Ihrer Bestimmung:

  • Babybett, -Hochstuhl und -Badewanne werden zur Verfügung gestellt,
  • Spülmaschinentabs, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl sowie ein Föhn sind vorhande,
  • 1 Haartrockner,
  • Im Winter wird die Wohnung vor Ihrer Ankunft geheizt.

Nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind:

  • Endreinigung (45€)
  • Bettwäsche (10€ pro Bett), Handtücher
  • Strom
  • Mieten crash-pad “double air bag Versa Beal” 100x130x9 (15€/week and 100€ security deposit).

Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 25% ist bei der Reservierung via Paypal oder Scheck (nur innerhalb Frankreichs) zu entrichten. Die Anzahlung wird bei Ankunft mit der Kaution in Höhe von 300 € verrechnet.

    A beautifulplace to stay some weeks in the summer. In the surrandings there is musées to see and visit. The cottage is a nice place to rest and prepare for the next day. During the not days it stened cool and confortable.

    Perfect for 2 families with 4 small kids and a dog. The hosts live downstairs, they were friendly and helpful, all nuisances were sorted out without a problem. We checked-in later then expected, but they waited to greet us. They provided baby chairs and toddler chairs, baby cots were available. They also rent out crash pads. The surrounding is extremely peaceful and beautiful, with horses grazing nearby fields. Most of the climbing areas are 15-30min by car. We found the nearest bakery and shops in Nemours (10min drive). We recommend, especially if you need lots of space and enjoy nature and peace.

    We had a lovely stay at Haras de la Fontaine, with our 4 young kids. We stayed in the 7 persons gite.
    Gilbert gave us a friendly welcome and helped us settle with babybed and crashpads. He speaks english so much better than we speak french so that helped a lot!
    The kitchen is well equiped and there's a large table for family diners and games.

    We had a great week, the children loved the big bathtub, the horses and spotting lizzards sunbathing on the stones.

    We mostly went climbing during the day, the nearest place being a 7 minute drive and the furthers 35 minutes.

    I stayed here with five friends for a week long climbing trip. It worked out at about €10 per night per person including which is incredible value. A beautiful building with a great garden, fireplace and nice living space. The disadvantages include a relatively long journey to climbing areas of at least 20 minutes, not much to do in Poligny, hot water runs out after a few showers, and small kitchen but well stocked. Gilbert is warm and pragmatic and has good suggestions for the local area. He was very flexible with our late arrival. Has a large covered outdoor area with seating and good wi fi so perfect for wet weather. Great cheap base camp for a bouldering trip would defo recommend.

    We spent a wonderful three weeks at Catherine and Gilbert's Gîte. We traveled with our nine month old daughter and three year old son. Not far from Gîte there are good opportunities for bouldering from 6-10 minutes by car. There are fewer people than in popular areas like Bas Cuvier or Le Cul de Chien. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to popular areas. Catherine and Gilbert received us very well in their Gîte. On the day of arrival, we could only be at 12 at night. They were so accommodating that we could arrive two days early and leave a day later than the agreed time. Gîte itself is located in the countryside in an old French house with high ceilings, its own courtyard. Catherine and Gilbert provided us with a travel crib and mattress for the kids. They have a double bed in the bedroom and another bed in the dining room. They gave us a table and chairs for the terrace, a parasol and everything for the barbecue. They have swings for children in the yard. Our kids enjoyed riding them. The yard is safe for children and they can be allowed to play alone. Our son could ride his bike around the yard. Catherine and Gilbert even let our son use their granddaughter's electric car. The house has everything you need for a holiday with children. Kitchen, all necessary utensils, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove without oven, bath, washing machine. For crawling children, I recommend taking some kind of rug with you, as the floor is tiled and a food mixer for newborns. We also took bed linen with us. On our visit, we almost did not use the batteries, as it was warm. Payment for heat is by the way negotiated in advance in the contract, which must be signed before arrival.
    This Gîte is the perfect place to spend your holidays and enjoy the atmosphere of rural France. There is a very beautiful area around. Catherine and Gilbert are very hospitable hosts and it is a pleasure to deal with them. We highly recommend their Gîte. Thanks to them for a nice time in France!

    The snow was not to bad and we had a very speedy return.

    We really enjoyed our stay and we thank you for the opportunity to rent your gite.
    What we really liked was the space and the privacy the house had to offer. It was also very clean and we loved to have 2 showers and toilets...
    The fireplace was a real treat as the weather was not so good.. :-) 
    I don't really have negative points because it was perfect for us.

    Einfache Ferienwohnung, zwei sehr kleine Bäder, eine kleine Küche, ein großer Aufenthaltsraum. Aus den Bewertungen waren wir etwas verunsichert bzgl. Schimmel etc. aber im Großen und Ganzen war alles top. 35€ für die Endreinigung ist total in Ordnung.

    Traumhafte Lage und wirklich perfekt zum Bouldern - allein im Waldabschnitt bis Nemours gibt es mehr Boulder als man in einer Woche klettern kann. Crashpad vom Vermieter leihen - super! Strom im Rahmen (12€, 5 Personen, 8 Nächte) aber wir mussten auch nicht heizen.

    We had a very pleasant week-long stay at the 7 person Gîte of "Haras de la Fontaine".
    Both during the booking process and our time here, the landlords have been very nice and helpful.
    Also, communicating in English is no problem.
    The apartment was well-equiped and contained all items and features listed on the website. It might not be top modern in style and decoration, but it is very clean, spacious, and homely.
    If ever we come back to the area of Nemours for another bouldering holiday, we will definitely consider staying here again.
